Consumption of organic food in Italy 2017-2018

This graph shows the results of a survey about the consumption of organic food in Italy in 2017 and 2018. According to data, the purchase of organic products slightly grew between 2017 and 2018. As of 2018, the share of respondents declaring to regularly use to buy organic food increased from 20 to 22 percent, whereas the percentage of consumers who just sometimes had organic products went from 40 to 42 percent.
